Legal Status of These Products: It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in the regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from Integrity Research Institute, Inc. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Integrity Research Institute, Inc. will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our direct distributors or dealers. Also, whereas no product is 100% effective against any unintentional, intentional, insidious, or deliberate personal injury, Integrity Research Institute assumes no responsibility if a personal experimental health product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, disease, illness, infection, or death.

Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes not collected at the point of sale. If the customer decides to refuse a shipment that has made it to his country’s customs office, Integrity Research Institute, will not be responsible for any refund on this particular order. In most instances, the customs office will destroy the package rather than charge the seller with the additional return shipping and the duties and taxes that the customer refused to pay. Integrity Research Institute, does advise the customer at the point of sale on the web sales order that they, the customer, is responsible for all duties and taxes unless otherwise stated.

Integrity Research Institute makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, to the conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Limitations and Hazardous Equipment Affidavit
In no event shall Integrity Research Institute or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, property or bodily damage, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the electronic instrumentation, electromagnetic materials, or bioenergy devices on Integrity Research Institute's internet site, even if Integrity Research Institute or an Integrity Research Institute authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Some items with high voltage generation pose a safety hazard to life and limb if misused; these require a Hazardous Equipment Affidavit (HEA) which must be signed and received by Integrity Research Institute (by mail, fax, or email) before the item(s) will be sold and released. Items which require this HEA will either have this noted in their description, or the customer will be notified that an HEA is required.
Revisions and Errata
Information: the materials appearing on Integrity Research Institute's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Integrity Research Institute does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Integrity Research Institute may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Integrity Research Institute does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Pricing: we make every effort to ensure that our listed prices are up to date and accurate; however, sometimes errors do occur, and vendors can change their component or product prices without sending prior notification. Accordingly, we reserve the right to change our prices without notification, and we are not obliged to honor prices that have been entered incorrectly, have been processed erroneously, are found to be in error, or have changed such that we are no longer able to honor the listed price. If you have ordered an item whose price has changed, we will notify you of the change and give you the option of continuing with the new price or cancelling the order.

SECURITY POLICY
All orders are encrypted by industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your information, and our order system is fully PCI-compliant, providing you with the best protection available in the industry.
PRODUCT POLICY
WARRANTY unless otherwise specified, all products have a standard 30-day limited warranty. Longer warranties are noted where applicable. If an item stops working during the warranty period, you pay shipping to us, and if it is determined the item failed under warranty, then the item will be repaired and shipped back to you for free. Exceptions to this rule are the table top laser systems, and any other items where noted in their description (please contact us for warranty repair procedures with these items). Any unit out of warranty can also be repaired for a nominal repair charge and shipping costs. In all cases you must first contact us for your intent to return and offering an explanation of the problem, if any. Any alterations to a product without written permission from Integrity Research Institute for this alteration will void any warranty or refund policy for that item.
CANCELLATIONS you MUST CALL and speak with a live representative to cancel an order. Leaving a message with our answering service or sending an email are not acceptable forms of order cancellation, and all such methods, whether they are received by us or not, will not be accepted as a proper notice to cancel orders. Emails can be diverted to junk mail, or they may be in a stack of emails that can take hours or days before they are able to be read, so email is not a reliable option for order cancellation. Please call us, and someone will be able to talk to you generally between 1 pm to 7pm EST.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders generally require a 50% up-front deposit, with the balance due before shipment to the customer. Some orders may require a greater up front amount due to high component costs, and we will inform you of such cases.
Payment must be by credit card, company check, or wire transfer, with the final determination to be decided by Integrity Research Institute. Terms cannot be allowed on special order purchases.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our projects. After that period, Purchaser agrees that “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” unless the product is defective as determined by the manufacturer. If a product is defective, and after it has been returned to the manufacturer and the manufacturer states that the product is defective, a refund will be given to the purchaser if a replacement is not available and the return is handled before expiration of warranty.
Under certain circumstances an additional amount may be charged to the customer if the item ordered receives customs charges, or any extra shipping charges are incurred. An itemized explanation of these charges can be given to the customer, if requested.
ASSEMBLED & TESTED: products are built by qualified technicians and are guaranteed under warranty for one year after received, unless otherwise noted.
ASSEMBLED ON SPECIAL REQUEST: (AOR) products are available built, but we ask that you contact us in advance to discuss cost and terms.
ASSEMBLED - ELECTRONICS ONLY: products are available for those with mechanical skills who prefer not to build the electronics.
DEALER/QUANTITY BUYER PROGRAMS
are available for volume purchases of our products. Specific information on quantity discounts can be made by a request in writing on your company letterhead. You may also call or fax for this information or any other questions.

RENTAL ITEMS
Please be extra careful with rentals while you have them. Rental items must be returned in mint, like-new condition -- anything less than this will incur extra charges, depending on the degree of wear & tear on the item.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise indicated, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Further, International customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees that their local government may impose.
HAZARDOUS EQUIPMENT AFFIDAVIT (H.E.A.)
Some devices are potentially dangerous, and these require a release of liability before they can be sold. For such devices, please sign our Hazardous Equipment Affidavit and return it to us by fax or email. STANDARD POLICY ON ALL ITEMS
We have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on most items, unless otherwise stated in our website. If within that time you are not satisfied you can return for a FULL REFUND minus shipping cost. Please see our Refund Policy Page for details
All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with all the original components and in original condition. The customer pays all shipping costs. Any damaged returned items will be refunded minus the repair cost, depending on item and cost of repair. We kindly ask that the following be done when an item is returned:
- Before returning an item, customer must call and indicate reason for return and include a note of explanation for the return.
- The return must include a copy of the invoice (to show proof of purchase and approximate purchase date).
- Items must be packed correctly and well-protected. The customer is liable for any damage incurred due to insufficient packing, up to and including the full cost of the item. If in doubt, use extra padding.
KITS
All kit sales are final upon receipt. In most cases, if you are unable to assemble the kit, it can be returned to us for assembly for the price difference between the kit and the assembled version, plus shipping and any additional costs for replaced parts. Some kits, such as those considered hazardous, requiring a signed HEA form, or having other limitations, cannot be returned for assembly service and must be assembled by the customer. In extreme and exceptional circumstances, ONLY store credit or exchange may be offered upon return and evaluation of the received kit, less any applicable restocking and repair fees. Workmanship fully warrantied with notice inside 365 days or one year.
ALL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Must be returned for repair or replacement before being considered for credit. You pay shipping to us, we will evaluate the item and repair or replace, and we will then pay shipping back to you. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for repair.
"BUILT TO ORDER" AND "SPECIAL ORDER"
There are no returns or exchanges for items that are "Built To Order" or "Special Order" or in any way custom built or assembled to a customer's request. These items can still be sent in for repairs or adjustments, of course. It is suggested to download any available data on these items first, to be sure they meet your requirements.
OTHER ITEMS
Any other items not listed here but specified in the item's description. Although they may not be returned for refund, these items may still be repaired within their time of warranty, or beyond their warranty for a nominal charge. It is suggested to download any available data on these items first, to be sure they meet your requirements.
AFTER 30 DAYS
If the item is returned after 30 days after received, or if item is received without an explanation, the item will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer or internally recycled.
CREDIT MEMOS / EXCHANGES
A credit memo may be issued to a customer in lieu of a refund, unless otherwise indicated by buyer or seller. If the credit memo is used to purchase another item, the 25% restocking fee will be waived. If the customer returns the 2nd item, a restocking fee will be charged both on the first and the second order.
